1. Purpose

These Guidelines keep MolodAI a creative and safe place. They apply to everything you generate, upload, publish, or share on the Service and form part of our Terms of Service. Breaking them can lead to content removal or account action.

2. Respect intellectual property

  • Do not submit lyrics, melodies, or recordings you do not have the right to use.
  • Do not try to recreate a specific copyrighted song or an artist's catalogue.
  • Do not upload reference audio you do not own or have permission to use.

3. No impersonation or unauthorised voice cloning

Do not attempt to imitate a real, identifiable person's voice, name, or likeness in a misleading way or without their permission. Do not present AI-generated music as if it were officially created or endorsed by a real artist when it is not.

4. Prohibited content

Do not create, upload, or share content that:

  • is illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity;
  • sexualises minors in any way, or exploits or endangers children;
  • incites hatred, harassment, or violence against people based on protected characteristics;
  • contains credible threats, promotes terrorism, or glorifies self-harm;
  • is deceptive, fraudulent, or designed to scam others;
  • deliberately spreads harmful misinformation; or
  • infringes the privacy of others or exposes their personal information.

5. Authenticity and fair use of the platform

  • Do not spam, artificially inflate plays, likes, or followers, or manipulate rankings.
  • Do not use bots or scrapers, or attempt to bypass credit limits or security controls.
  • Do not resell or redistribute access to the Service without our permission.

6. Enforcement

We may review reported content and take action we consider appropriate — including removing content, limiting reach, restricting features, or suspending or terminating accounts. Serious violations may be reported to the relevant authorities.

7. Reporting a problem

If you see content that breaks these Guidelines, report it in the app where available, or contact [email protected]. To report copyright infringement specifically, use our Copyright & Takedown process.
